Hi, I’m Chand Raj 🌙
Since I was very young I have had experiences with spirits, psychic foresight, knowing things with no explanation, and being a sensitively attuned human being.
These things scared me as a child (Walking by the Spirit Halloween Store in the mall scared me, like, I would cry). My family was superstitious enough to believe in ghosts, angels, using ouija boards, pendulums for divination, tarot cards… I received my first tarot cards when I was 11 years old.
But I had tried my best to suppress feeling other people’s emotions, seeing figures at my bedside at night, telling people things they were not ready to accept. I was insecure about my identity as a queer person, my softness, my sensitivity.
I struggled to use my voice, and became afraid of the world, other people. I found reprieve in alcohol, drugs, and seeking abusive partners.
After years as a young adult sabotaging my relationships, my dignity, my sense of self- I realized at rock bottom that I had worked hard at turning into something that I was not, and that this was killing me.
When I listened to my soul, I found the power to pivot toward reclaiming my life.
I have spent years studying, rebuilding, practicing so many foundations of the life I lead today. On this path I have been tested, to transform my personal trauma and being into sovereignty.
Today I practice daily meditation & yoga- sadhana, from the kundalini lineage. In the past few years I have worked alongside practitioners of traditional folk medicine, mediums, healers- learning how to uncover my own gifts. Tracing the roots of my Slavic, Irish, Inuit heritage has inspired me to guide others toward connecting with their ancestors.
All along the way tarot cards have guided me into deeper conversations with my sovereignty, my soul, and I have the joy of sharing this practice with others.
In Tarot Readings I have experience guiding people through Abusive Relationships, Addiction & Recovery, LGBTQ+ Healing, Trauma Healing, Divorce, Ancestor Work, Self Regulation, Meditation, Unlocking & Managing Extra-Sensory Abilities, Career Shifts, Realizing Love, and so much more.
My name, Chand Raj, was made for me based off of my astrology and numerology in the Kundalini tradition. It translates to “Noble Moon”, meaning my soul purpose is to reflect the light of sovereignty into darkness.

What Happens In a Reading?
In a tarot card reading, Chand Raj weaves together a message from the seeker’s higher self and their spirit guides, to guide their journey and illuminate their life path. Tarot cards reflect this message, often revealing the seekers innate knowledge of where to go next, how to best help themselves, and what is possible for them.
Chand Raj offers practices attuned to the needs of the individual. Their background in holistic healthcare, Kundalini Yoga, and traditional Ukrainian/polish spirituality lends itself to many channels for guidance.
What Are Tarot Cards?
Tarot Cards are a conduit for energy that reflect a seekers energetic body and the cosmic energy influencing their path. The system of Tarot as we know it has been developed since as early as the 15th century, though some speculate that the inspiration for Tarot traces as far back as ancient China, India, and Africa, with similar card games.
Various Spiritualists in the 18th & 19th century projected that Tarot came from occult societies in Egypt, at a time when foreign esoterica was very in-fashion amongst the European bourgeoise. In reality, it’s most likely that Tarot originated from card games popular in 14th century Italy, and adapted centuries onward for prestigious families.
The use of Tarot for divination begins in the 18th century, by occultists of the time, who began to assign planetary, numeric, astrologic, cabalistic, and symbology to the Tarot system. Thus created a tool for inner exploration of the soul, meditation, and consultation.
Does Tarot Foretell the Future?
Tarot Cards reflect the most likely predicable outcomes based on a person’s present moment. It picks up on the planetary energies that are moving through us, the energy and histories of our physical body, and ultimately what our soul is here to accomplish on earth.
Chand Raj believes that the future is flexible, and is ultimately what we make of the landscape unfolding before us. Tarot Cards reveal the path we are walking, and is a great perspective on whether we really want to go there. This perspective lends us the autonomy to choose to make an educated change, or strengthen the resolve of where we are going.
When should I get a reading?
Do you feel like you don’t know where you’re going? Do you have a decision to make and you’re not sure what to do? Are you in a relationship you’re not clear about? Are you ready to take the next big leap in your career and aren’t sure if it’s the right move? Have you experienced dramatic changes in your life?
These are great times that people pursue readings, and no one needs to have a reason to pursue a reading. It is very rewarding to learn about how things are going and what is next in any context.
